15. CANCELLATION POLICY


Here at Sandra McCoy Skin, your training Course is made especially for you. I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary and respectfully request a non refundable deposit from each student. For any cancellations, 3 weeks notice is required. If in the event of a cancellation and 3 weeks notice is not given, then the full balance of your training course must be paid in full. Once this has been paid I am happy to re-schedule. Please understand your training course is bespoke to you and a lot of preparation time, products ordered and certificates are prepared ahead of time so this cancellation policy gives me time to inform our other students of availability.
